We are so excited to offer the apparel for Baptist Health and their goal of raising awareness of heart disease during Heart Month, February 2019!
Before diving in to your favorite new apparel, here are a few important notes about your purchasing from this custom webstore:

1. All items are sold on a pre-order basis. This web store is open now and will be closed on the evening of January 11, 2019 at approximately 5pm. 
   
2. Surge will be set up with a laptop in the main entrance of the hospital across from the gift shop on Friday, January 11th from 11:00am-5:30pm. to assist individuals with placing orders online for those who are unable to access the site through the Baptist Health server.
3. Please indicate the department you work in on the order notes section after adding an item to the cart
4. When orders are completed and sorted, shirts will be delivered to their departments the week of January 21, 2019. You can email Sara Stringfield 
   with any questions you may have.
   
5. No printed merchandise in this store is available to view or purchase at Surge.
6. All sales are final. If we happened to have made a mistake on your order (wrong size, misprint, etc.) we will be happy to fix the issue.
   Unfortunately no returns are available for printed garments.
